Patricia Granata Eisner
Director of Development

Tricia has spent her career fundraising for local and global nonprofit organizations. At Earth Force she brings together donors who share a commitment to ensuring that young people have a voice in environmental policy making and stewards their important investments in our work. Tricia lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC with her husband and two young daughters. She is a long walk taker, obsessive reader and an even more obsessive U2 fan (since the Boy album). 

Raizha Yurivilca Delgado
Program Manager

Raizha (aka Rai) has a background in ecology and environmental education. She has experience working for non-profits and educational settings in Peru and New Zealand. She has a real passion for strengthening people’s connection to nature and finding creative ways to explore natural environments. When she is not working, you will find her hiking, working in her garden, or painting. Yes, sometimes you will find her playing pranks on her husband as well (creativity!).

Jennifer Hanson
Operations Manager

Jennifer has 15 years of experience in nonprofit operations. She ensures all grant and budget requirements are met so that programs run smoothly and efficiently, having the highest possible impact.

Sarah Jennings
Program Manager

Sarah manages all of student centered opportunities and educator support in environmental action civics in the Chesapeake Bay region. She is passionate about connecting marginalized communities to the outdoors and fostering stewardship of the Earth in our young people.  She loves to hike, kayak, snowboard, travel, and adventure with her rescue dog named Zazu and her partner. 

Alyssa McConkey
Chief Program Officer

Alyssa comes to Earth Force with a background in nonprofits, program development, education, and community food systems. She develops and supports a growing network of organizations dedicated to integrating Environmental Action Civics. When she's not building and supporting networks, you can find her digging in soil, connecting with her community peeps, or adventuring around the globe.

Vince Meldrum
President/CEO

Vince is a leading advocate for the incorporation of civic engagement into environmental education. Vince has a passion for youth engagement that borders on obsession and is committed to ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to engage in environmental policy making. Vince spends his time exploring the world (especially vineyards) with his wife, daughter and dog.

Sarah Pacheco
Chief Operating Officer

Sarah manages – at both a strategic and operational level – Earth Force’s key administrative functions, overseeing human resources, IT, finances, and business operations. Her role strengthens and aligns administrative and financial functions to ensure Earth Force programming is seamless.

Taylor Ruffin
Program Manager

Taylor brings a background in environmental education, natural resource management, and youth development. He is dedicated to helping others foster a connection to their community and nature. During free time, Taylor enjoys rock climbing and cooking for his family. He manages the RISE Challenge in Colorado.

Hayley Valley
Communications Manager

Hayley joined Earth Force in 2010 and has since held too many roles to count - all drawing on her experience in communicating Earth Force's commitment to environmental action civics. When she’s not knee-deep in Google Docs, you’ll find her chasing her two boys around.
