One Young Person Created a Closed Loop Food System in New Mexico
In 2022, we held the Sustainability Challenge – an invitation to young people across the country to ask for a change to their food systems. We were blown away by the initiative young people took and we’d like to share their stories with you.
Today we’re highlighting Maia – she coordinated a commercial collection compost system at her high school, New Mexico School for the Arts.
