If you train other educators to implement environmental education and want to infuse civics into your programming to help young people improve their communities.
Join Earth Force this October for the 2023 Fall Environmental Action Civics Train-the-Trainer Course. This virtual course brings you into community with other EE practitioners to shift EE to make lasting community change.
The 2023 Fall Cohort will:
*learn our 6-step process & tools for environmental action civics that can be used in any community/program & can support meaningful educator professional development
*be part of a teaching and learning cohort
*receive a year of coaching from Earth Force
*get financial support ($500) & materials to integrate this work into programming
Sessions will be held virtually on:
Wednesday October 25th, 2-3:30 pm (ET)
Tuesday October 31st, 2-5 pm (ET)
Monday November 6th, 11am-1pm (ET)
An asynchronous component (3-4 hrs), can be completed at your own pace between October 16-24. Email Krysten ([email protected]) if you are interested in participating. Special consideration is given for organizations serving frontline and rural communities.
