Caring for Our Watersheds Chesapeake Bay Finals

Join us for the Finals Ceremony and Celebration of Environmental Action Civics in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. We will award prize money up to $1,000! Join us for this special event and hear from students about their experiences.
New this year – we have a youth co-host! Veronica Holguin is a current early-graduating senior at Alexandria City High School, and part of the Standing for Tomorrow and Watershed Warriors club at her school. She participated in activism and lobbying during her middle school years, by advocating for student health in classrooms and the remediation of mold. In the future, she will be studying mechanical engineering in college with a minor in environmental science. She plans to continue to solve problems in my community and help future generations do the same.
