Registration opens on March 8th for the Green Schools Conference, which will be held virtually this year on June 28th-29th. Annually, the conference brings together nearly 1,000 attendees who are critical to advancing green schools for all children—those who lead, design, build, and teach in schools around the world. We wanted to pass along some important deadlines that are approaching to contribute content for the conference:
- Call for Proposals: The conference invites ideas for sessions to address broad topics related to green schools. Deadline is March 15th.
- Call for Speakers: The conference invites individuals who can address highly specific topics, listed in the Call for Speakers documents. Deadline is March 22nd.
- Best of Green Schools nominations: The hosts of the conference invite nominations to the annual awards program, due March 15th (extended from March 7th). Awards are given during the conference.
Keep an eye on the conference website for additional information, including scholarship assistance for registration and information about youth engagement and leadership.
