Blossom Students Share Their Water Conservation Newscast
The middle school students in Mr. Erik Hoover’s class, at the Blossom Montessori School for the Deaf, wanted to do their part to conserve water in their community. To do this, they created a newscast through “Blossom 3 News” to tell others about how to cut back on water usage as part of their Earth Force project.
The student written, acted, directed and edited video is intended to inform about things like the proper watering days in Pinellas County, Florida, the use of reclaimed water, and other water saving tips. The messages of the video are all products of the research and fieldtrips the students undertook to learn more about this critical issue.
