As a member of the Advisory Council on Environmental Education in Pennsylvania Pat Lupo, OSB features Earth Force in the Biennial Report 2007-2008.
The goal of the report is to outline environmental education programs and achievements. Patricia Vathis, the Advisory Council's Executive Director states on the introduction page: "Readers of this document will clearly discover that environmental education is alive & well and flourishing in Pennsylvania."
